Job Description / Key Requirement

• Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components.
• Prepare and study technical drawings; design and install star/delta electric motors, Forward & Reverse wiring of motor, in accordance to specifications of electrical systems and conform to standards.
• Plan layout of electric power generating plants and distribution lines and stations.
• Direct, coordinate and perform Electrical Installations, maintenance, support, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Ensure all completed installations and operations are in conformance to design and equipment specifications and in compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Prepare specifications for purchase of electrical/maintenance materials and equipment
• Perform quality and performance analysis on the IT systems.
• Monitor and perform maintenance and inspection of plant machineries
• – Should be Technically sound in the maintenance of plants equipments like; Air compressors, Generator, electrical motor bearing etc.

Qualification / Skills

• A Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Proven expertise as a Senior Electrical Engineer with minimum 6 years experience
• Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes
• Minimum of 4 years’ manufacturing experience
• Industrial electrical maintenance skill/troubleshooting of control panel etc.
• Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles in manufacturing
• Computer literacy especially in MS Office suites. (SAP/SAGE or other ERP knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail.
