Job Overview

  • We are looking for an E-commerce Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, increase customer acquisition, and maximize revenue through our e-commerce platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce sales, a proven track record of success, and a passion for driving growth in the online retail space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through our e-commerce platforms.
  • Engage with third-party online providers for engagement on the website to drive traffic to the website
  • Technically inclined to oversee the operations and affairs of the online business to drive profitability
  • Identify and prioritize key product categories, markets, and customer segments to focus sales efforts and maximize ROI.
  • Lead and manage the e-commerce sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of e-commerce sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates to drive increased traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce sales and online retail

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in e-commerce sales, with a minimum of at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

Salary
N250,000 – N400,000 per month.
