Job Overview
- We are looking for an E-commerce Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, increase customer acquisition, and maximize revenue through our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through our e-commerce platforms.
- Engage with third-party online providers for engagement on the website to drive traffic to the website
- Technically inclined to oversee the operations and affairs of the online business to drive profitability
- Identify and prioritize key product categories, markets, and customer segments to focus sales efforts and maximize ROI.
- Lead and manage the e-commerce sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of e-commerce sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates to drive increased traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce sales and online retail
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in e-commerce sales, with a minimum of at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Passion for e-commerce, online retail, and driving growth in the digital space.
Salary
N250,000 – N400,000 per month.
