This job role coordinates the operational activities of the Service Center to align with the corporate goals.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• A postgraduate professional certificate in relevant field. (Added advantage).
• Membership of relevant professional bodies.
• At least 5 years post qualification experience.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Technical Competences

• Knowledge and understanding of Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI).
• Sound Electric Power Knowledge – Energy audit, Distribution network, Demand side management, Energy efficiency
• Good knowledge of the electricity supply chain value system
• Knowledge of the electricity regulatory codes and requirements
• Knowledge of the AMI platform
• Planning and Organizing

Behavioral Competencies

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal , negotiation and persuasion skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• People-person and a team player.
