Requirement For Consideration:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Essential:

  • Program Development: Design and optimize drilling programs, focusing on safe, efficient, and cost-effective methodologies that align with project specifications.
  • Operational Oversight: Direct and monitor drilling operations in real-time, providing technical support onsite to ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Project Analysis: Lead pre-drill planning sessions, monitor daily drilling performance, and conduct post drill evaluations to identify and implement
  • improvements in future projects.
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Geology, Reservoir, and Production Engineering, to optimize drilling performance and align with broader project objectives.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, generate regular progress reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
