Job Description
- As a Distribution Sales Executive at DreamWorks, you will be a key player in expanding our market reach and driving sales of our diverse range of products.
- This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual who can build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners, contributing to the company’s growth.
- Candidate must have good experience to deepen market engagement in Laptops | Phones | Accessories and Power volume sales.
Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales of DreamWorks products through effective distribution channels.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors and retailers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product distribution.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance distribution strategies.
Targets and Reporting:
- Set and achieve sales targets for assigned regions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including performance analysis and market feedback.
- Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and other partners to ensure effective product placement and visibility.
- Provide training and support to partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by distribution partners promptly.
Promotions and Marketing:
- Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing teams.
- Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.
- Support partners in executing marketing initiatives at the distribution level.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- Proven experience in distribution sales, preferably in the electronics or technology industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
