Job Description:

• We are urgently seeking 10 dedicated Dispatch Riders who live close to Victoria Island, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick up and deliver packages to specified locations within the designated area.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all interactions with clients are professional and courteous.
• Handle packages with care, ensuring that all items are delivered in excellent condition.
• Follow all traffic regulations and safety standards to ensure a safe and smooth delivery process.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, including recipient information and delivery times.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to receive instructions and updates.
• Ensure that the motorcycle is well-maintained and in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or similar role.
• Valid motorcycle license and clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of Victoria Island and surrounding areas.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Reliability and punctuality are crucial.
