Job Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience demographics, and market trends.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
• Drive organic and paid search engine traffic through search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives.
• Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products and services, and drive conversions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels.
• Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience enhancements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences through market research and analysis. Use insights to inform digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on fintech or financial services preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of driving results and achieving business objectives through digital marketing initiatives.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
