Job Description

  • A Digital Marketer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brands.

Job Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Development-: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Content Marketing-: Develop and manage content marketing campaigns, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Paid Advertising-: Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Social Media Marketing-: Create and curate content for social media platforms, engage with followers, and analyze social media metrics to refine strategies.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails.
  • Analytics and Reporting-: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare reports to measure ROI and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize websites and landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Online Reputation Management-: Monitor online reviews and social mentions, and develop strategies to manage the brand’s online reputation.
  • Marketing Automation-: Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to nurture leads and streamline marketing efforts.
  • Competitor Analysis-: Research and analyze competitors’ digital marketing strategies to identify opportunities and threats.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning, development and execution of Company digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
  • Advertising and displaying the Company’s products and services on the web
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Creating and Maintaining the Company’s social media presence
  • Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. In depth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs.
  • Presenting recommendations in the reporting line. Developing and coordinating multimedia packages

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media and digital production.
  • Good experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
  • Good experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, microsites,and social media applications.
  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
  • Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Not more than 35 years old.
