Key Responsibilities:
Digital Engagement and Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content that attracts and retains target audiences.
- Convert online leads into sales through direct engagement and follow-up.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages across digital platforms promptly.
- Optimize digital campaigns to enhance engagement and lead generation.
Business Development and Lead Conversion:
- Identify and qualify business opportunities through digital channels.
- Convert leads generated from agents and online inquiries into sales.
- Develop relationships with potential clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and pitches.
Customer Care and Client Relations:
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely support and addressing concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring that their needs are met.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth.

Communication and Outreach:
- Build and maintain a strong network with potential clients through digital channels and direct communication.
