Design Architect needed at Tuxcan Luxury Limited

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Design Architect at TUXCAN LUXURY LIMITED in Abuja, with some flexibility for remote work. The Design Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating architectural designs, collaborating with clients and team members, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit,and SketchUp
• Proficiency in 3D visualization softwares-3DSMAX ,Vray,Lumion. AI tools for viz.
• Proficiency in Presentation softwares-Adobe Illustrator,Photoshop, indesign
• Proficiency in interior Design, space experience and management.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Proficiency and Expert knowledge in Design thinking .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client meetings and design proposals
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
