Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Therapist. The Dental Therapist will be responsible for providing quality dental care, promoting oral health through education, maintaining hygiene protocols, providing patient care, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical dental treatments, including fillings, scaling, and polishing.
• Conduct dental health education to patients, promoting oral hygiene and preventive dental practices.
• Take dental radiographs and impressions.
• Assist dentists during various dental procedures.
• Maintain patient dental records accurately and ensure their confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the wider dental team for integrated patient care.
• Adhere to the clinic’s safety and infection control protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in dental therapy.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Dental Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Valid licensing to practice as a Dental Therapist.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Proficiency in using dental software and digital radiography.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
