Job Description
- Coordinate day-to-day deliveries with dispatch riders and customers
- Ensure prompt delivery of customer good and excellent customer service
- Liaise with mechanics and part sellers for repairs and maintenance of dispatch bikes
- Manage customer database and customerbase growth
- Revenue and tax operations
- Other related tasks as maybe assigned by your manager.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma from a recognised institution
- Proven experience in the dispatch/bike delivery community in Lagos
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good communication and writing skills
- Must be polite with excellent customer service skills
