RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of BSc or HND
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a customer service representative in a reputable firm.
- At least 1 year experience in invoicing process using ERP software.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
