Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions with patience and empathy.
- Process customer orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special offers and new products.
- Assist in keeping track of inventory levels and participate in periodic inventory counts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant customer service experience is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer skills for processing orders and using point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with flexible hours.
