Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with information about eye care services, appointment scheduling, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about services, including facility policies and procedures.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Qualifications:

  • HND or BSc in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a relevant course.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and manage stress effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other office applications.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions:

The role is based in Sangotedo, Lakwe, Ajah.

Full-time position with a salary range of ?90,000 – ?100,000.
