Boomkit is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our client’s experiences, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat support
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Identifying opportunities to up-sell or introduce Boomkit products to customers
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude with clients
  • Meeting customer service levels and metrics as outlined by the company

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional and empathetic manner
  • A positive and friendly attitude with a passion for helping customers
