Job Description
- As a Customer Service Representative, the candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND.
- 1 – 3 years of work experiencein a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
