Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking a compassionate and efficient Customer Care Officer to join our team and enhance the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Provide support with appointment scheduling, billing queries, and general hospital services.
  • Liaise between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in line with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
  • Handle patient feedback, including compliments and complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Assist in managing patient flow in the reception and waiting areas.
  • Support other administrative functions as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally in healthcare or a hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Problem-solving skills with a patient-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with hospital management systems and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
