• Our client is currently looking for a persuasive and energetic Customer Service Officer with minimum of one year experience, who is ready to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.

• You call prospective clients to explain available service and guide them through the company’s service delivery process
• You answer clients’ questions via phone calls or emails enquiries and gathering feedback from existing and prospective clients
• Present ideas for improving customer care and make recommendations to improve client’s experience.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE with at least 1+ years’ experience working in related role
• Sound knowledge of exceptional service strategies and customer satisfaction
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Be self-assured and purpose driven.
