Responsibilities
- Responsible for general coordination of the Customer service unit.
- Improving customer service experience and facilitating organic growth.
- Taking ownership of customers’ issues and following problems through to resolution.
- Addressing customer issues via all platforms
- Resolve all customer complaints.
- Implement sales ideas/activations.
- Representing the company at LASCOPA, FCCPC and Arbitrations to ensure dispute resolution between Customers and the company.
- Weekly reporting.
Requirements
- B.Sc in relevant field.
- At least 5 years proven work experience.
- Solid understanding of social media trends and IG interface.
- Familiarity with the hair and beauty industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills.
