As a Customer Service Trainee you’ll be training and working with the Customer Service Team with a mission to deliver awesome customer service to our members.

What you’ll do

• Participate in trainings and work in the call center
• Sell our products and services to customers
• Provide excellent, courteous and professional customer service when interacting with customers.
• Escalate in a timely manner any issues of concern.
• Occasionally make in person visits to customers
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
• Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.

What you’ll need

• A HND/Bachelors
• Adaptability, willingness to learn new skills and commitment to exceptional delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• 1 year+ Customer Service Experience
