Job Brief
- We are looking for a Customer service/office admin to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in any related field.
- 1-2 years experience in similar role or administrative roles.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of self-confidence and ability to create new ideas.
- Basic Knowledge of accounting.
- Must reside close to the job location.
