Job Responsibilities
- Daily mobilization of deposits and canvass for deposit retention.
- Open new accounts and monitor customers daily activities.
- Train customers to positively change their economic lifestyle.
- Collate and summarize daily Micro save collections and submit to Head of Marketing.
- Deliver monthly deposit targets.
- Receive loan applications and conduct customers credit worthiness assessment via carefully appraisal of viability of customers products, sales, purchases and cash flow.
- Appraise the loans.
- Facilitate individual and group loans.
- Test the cohesiveness of group loan applicants.
- Communicate loan approval to customers.
- Monitor compliance with loan repayment terms.
- Deliver loan target.
- Prevent delinquent loans.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
