- Knowledge of the payment services industry is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the creative team and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality designs that align with the company’s brand guidelines and values.
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging and customer engagement.
- Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the company’s standards and requirements.
- Create innovative and visually compelling designs for various marketing and advertising campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and print collateral.
- Provide design direction and feedback to the creative team, ensuring that all designs meet the company’s standards and requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the company’s design strategy.
- Manage and mentor the creative team, providing guidance and feedback on design concepts and execution.
- Work with external vendors and contractors to ensure that design projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform other functions as assigned by the Board and the Group MD/ CEO.
