  • Job Responsibility
  • Create creative marketing campaigns for regional, national, and international coverage where necessary (offline and online).
  • Execute approved strategies timely,  measure, and report their results.
  • Manage the creative team (videographers, graphic designers, community and content creators including written and voice content) and ensure timely distribution and delivery of tasks. 
  • Keep team members motivated on their job by giving them proper guidance, and clearly defining the company’s expectations. Also work with the company’s human resource department in recruiting, selecting, acknowledging, and rewarding the best performers.
  • Liaise with the product team (tech) to know about new feature additions and changes in the product and create campaigns for them.
  • Liaise with the customer happiness team to get key customer queries that can be used to create all content.
  • Conduct regular (quarterly surveys) to get customers’ feedback about our products and services and the efficiency of our brand communication. (Eg frequency of our push notifications and effectiveness, the effectiveness of our emails, our communication gaps, and how they wish to be best engaged, etc).
  • Supervise the daily workflow of the team.
  • Write general weekly reports, quarterly reports, and also post-mortem reports on specific creative campaigns.
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
  • Work with the brand team to produce new ideas and oversee branding for all company’s products and services, corporate communication, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
  • Be the go-to person for all team member’s needs related to executing their responsibilities. (Eg, Printing, voiceovers, and any other external related necessity needed to execute their responsibility).
  • Liaise with the business dev. lead and industry players to partner, and engage in technological, social, financial, and crypto industry events to drive awareness, visibility, and networking opportunities for both the staff and the company in general within the approved budget.
