Country Manager needed at Buhler Nigeria

Tasks

• Leads, manages, and develops the organization in terms of business and people within Nigeria.
• Identifies business requirements and uncovers opportunities for improvement.
• Prepares action plans and schedules to increase business activities in the assigned territory and implements the plans.
• Establishes and maintains current customer and potential new customer relationships.
• Drives the entrepreneurial development of customer service activities.
• Takes full P&L responsibility for Nigeria.
• Maintains and builds up Key Account Management in close collaboration with the Business Units.
• Screens emerging markets for new upcoming projects.
• Understands and focuses on customer needs.
• Prepares annual sales and cost budget.
• Implements cluster business development as per the business plan.
• CRM: Utilization and responsibility for dedicated data set.

Required qualifications

• University degree, business administration or engineering.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the industry, including experience P&L management and people responsibility.
• Knowledge of Grains and Food processing, e.g., based on his current role with experience, certificates, degree.
• Excellent market knowledge of Africa.
• Fluent communication in English, knowledge in French would be an added advantage.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization.
