Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate clients and expand existing accounts
- Identify and pursue potential corporate clients, understanding their travel needs and offering tailored solutions
- Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations and marketing, to align efforts and optimize sales processes

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team dedicated to the corporate travel segment

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the travel industry or related sectors
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a corporate sales environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and coaching
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
- In-depth knowledge of the corporate travel landscape, including industry trends and best practices.
