Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Acquisition: Identify and onboard properties that align with our business goals.
  • Business Development: Develop strategies to expand our sales revenue and property portfolio.
  • Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, event planners, and corporate clients.
  • Corporate Client Management: Secure long-term contracts and customize hospitality solutions for corporate clients. Host/Agent Community: Lead and support a community of agents, providing training and resources.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team, driving growth and innovation.
  • Market Analysis & Strategic Planning: Conduct market research and collaborate with senior management on long-term strategies.
  • Budget Management: Ensure cost-effective use of resources and budget adherence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent certification required
  • 3 – 7 years of experience in property acquisition, business development, and partnership management.
  • Experience Working in a Hospitality industry Acquiring Partners and Expanding business is required
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of driving performance.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
