Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and talented individual to join our team as a Content Creator/Graphic Designer/Video Editor. This role will be responsible for producing engaging visual content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent design skills, and proficiency in video editing software.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality visual content for digital platforms, including social media posts, website graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Edit and produce compelling videos for marketing campaigns, tutorials, product demos, and other purposes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute projects from start to finish.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, content creator, and video editor.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent software.
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of visual projects and styles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all assets.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia arts, or a related field (preferred).Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott. Recognize opportunities to up-sell the customer and sell enhancements to create a better Marriott experience or event. 

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
