Job Summary

  • As our Construction Manager, you’ll beresponsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities on a project site. This includes ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Supervision:

  • Oversee daily construction operations and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor progress and identify potential issues or delays.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Resource Management:

  • Manage project resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel.
  • Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Monitor resource utilization and identify areas for improvement.

Site Safety Management:

  • Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on the construction site.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.

Budget and Cost Control:

  • Monitor project budgets and track expenditures.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to control costs.
  • Prepare and submit regular cost reports to the project manager.

Liaison:

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the project manager, architects, engineers, and construction team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
