Job Description

• The Comms Lead/ Creative Director will oversee the creative and communication department of the organization.
• Creative Director is in charge of the overall design and execution for advertisements and the creative aspect of marketing initiatives.
• Communications Director is to set the tone for messaging and portray an organization’s values.
• They are responsible for establishing relationships with media outlets, developing strategic marketing plans and handling public relations issues that arise internally or externally.

REQUIREMENT

• A bachelor’s degree related field of study
• 4 years’ experience as a creative or communication personnel or in related fields
• 2years leadership experience
• Good public speaking skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organization skills
• Experience working in advertising agencies will be an added advantage.
