- He/she is responsible to the Provost for the Management of the College Library and its services.
Qalifications
- A good Honours Degree in Library and Information Science not below Second Class Lower and a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from a recognized University; a PhD Degree will be an added advantage.
- Proven integrity, intellectually sound, professionally skillful and knowledgeable in the management of an institutional library.
- Proven evidence of current membership of Library professional bodies and registration with the Library Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN)
- Be proficient in ICT package
- Must have put in a minimum of 10 years post Degree qualifications with at least 5 years cognate working experience which must be at the Library Management position
- Must not be more than 60 years of age at the time of application.
