Responsibilities
The Client Service Officer primary duties include:
- Scan and upload customer documents submitted by portfolio managers unto the CRM as a single PDF file
- Carry out credit checks in line with the credit policy
- Prepares loan documents and offer letters as appropriate
- Assemble and/or amend loan documents
- Resolve discrepancies in loan documentation
- Ensures that loan files contain documents with proper signature, dates and other relevant data and documents
- Assembles and verifies accuracy of loan documentation.
- Answers telephone inquiries and written inquiries concerning loan processing and information.
- Creates customer accounts on CRM after approval of customer loan requests
- Creates and ensures that accurate account numbers are communicated to customers for repayments
- Creates loan repayment schedules and ensures that same is understood and signed by customers
- Ensure compliance of credit policies and procedures of Winock and ensure proper loan documentation
- Responsible for the entering of accurate figures forrequests and loan disbursal requests.
- Collection of loan related fees and commissions for all loans
- Management of Loan Files after loan disbursement
- To perform any other duty as assigned in line with the organization goals and objectives.
