Responsibilities
- Developing strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand outlet traffic and optimize profitability
- Meeting outlet’s goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding outlet’s condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Participate in the development of new product marketing strategies to existing/ potential customers.
Requirements and Skills
- B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven successful experience as a retail Sales rep, Store Supervisor, Marketing Executive, Customer Experience or a similar role
- Leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CRM software
