Duties
- Preparing cleaning schedules across all facilities.
- Supervision of cleaners across all facilities.
- Supervision of deep cleaning across all facilities.
- Carrying out periodic walk-around across all facilities to ensure quality of cleaning standard is maintained.
- Monitoring quality of cleaning consumables and tools as well as noting where replenish is required.
Requirement(s)
- 3 years and above of experience in a similar role in reputable facilities.
- The ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
- An excellent eye for detail.
- The ability to deliver quality work with little or no supervision.
- Proximity to the island is compulsory.
