Chief Technology Officer needed at Fadac Resources

Our client is Nigeria’s top financial intermediary and equipment leasing firm, offers flexible leasing, loan financing, and financial planning.   Due to expansion, they need a CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the technical operations team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for technical infrastructure that align with product development goals and overall business objectives.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, product, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration of technical operations.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical systems and processes.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of technical operations.
• Monitor and manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Drive innovation and enhance technical operations through the application of agile and lean methodologies.
• Address complex technical challenges and implement effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Formulate and execute the technology vision and strategy in alignment with the companyÍs overarching business goals.
• identifying emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Requirements

• BachelorÍs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on the financial services.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies and solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, cloud computing, data management, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in the financial industry.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
