• We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead our security operations in Ibadan, Nigeria.
• As the CSO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security strategy that ensures the safety and security of our clients and our staff.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive security program that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of security operations, including guard deployment, escort services, and bouncer assignments.
• Conduct risk assessments for client locations and develop security plans to mitigate identified risks.
• Implement security training programs for guards, escorts, bouncers, and other staff. Manage the security budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific security needs.
• Oversee incident response procedures and manage security breaches effectively. Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of the security team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations.
