- To deliver highest quality HR support and advice to company and her clients across the breadth of operational HR functions and also deliverance of HR Projects.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff.
- Run workshops to train employees on updated protocols and rules.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Prepare recommendations on organizational improvement.
- Discuss long-term goals of the business as these goals pertain to a new business model.
- Work with members of own team to offer different ideas.
- Clarify strategic and operational problems and successes with management.
- Lead existing and new client relationships.
- Design, development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes that provide up to date and best practice foundations for day to day people management.
- Provision of onsite support to clients on a full range of HR functions including disciplinary, grievances and other employee related issues.
- Advise and provide hands on support in respect to organizational reviews, restructuring and redundancy program implementation.
- Advise, design and support recruitment and selection processes relevant to client needs.
- Plan and oversee employee benefit programs
- Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
