Qualification.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of user acquisition campaigns across various channels to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Oversee all aspects of brand management, ensuring a clear, consistent, and compelling brand message across all touchpoints
  • Manage and optimize the company’s digital marketing presence, including website, social media, and mobile app
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns for both consumer and SME segments, promoting savings, loans, and earned wage access products
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with other FinTech companies, financial institutions, and relevant organizations
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using data and metrics to optimize effectiveness
