Chief Financial Officer needed at LD&D Consulting

Job Summary

• The CFO must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team, providing strategic recommendations to the CEO, members of the executive management team and the Board of Directors, managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting as well as advising on long-term business and financial planning
• They will also establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders and review all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures reliable current and forecasting reports

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar CFO or Financial Controller position in Nigeria
• University degree in finance or accounting
• Chartered accountant qualification
• Extensive financial management experience, ideally with either close involvement with or experience in senior line management and/or commercial management
• Good understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations and legislations relating to agribusinesses
