Position Overview

  • As a Call Center Representative at Redeemer’s Health Village, you will be the first point of contact for our patients/Customers, providing them with excellent service and support.
  • You will handle in bound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products/services. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the database
  • Follow communication scripts and procedures
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
  • Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM & ERM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
