Job Description

  • Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cabinet Making Factory Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
Sales Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the cabinet-making factory sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, fostering long-term relationships with key clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement a sales forecasting system to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges for senior management.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cabinetmaking and woodworking industry.
  • Provide the sales team with the necessary product knowledge and training to effectively promote our offerings.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Work closely with production, design, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate customer feedback and market trends to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Budget Management:

  • Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet targets.

Qualifications
Education:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred. Relevant industry certifications or training are a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales management in the real estate market, preferably in the cabinet-making or woodworking industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Leadership Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Communication:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions based on sales data.

Industry Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of cabinet making, woodworking, or related industries.
