Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the business development team in preparing presentations and promotional materials.
- Coordinate and support business activities, including client meetings, presentations, and demos.
- Follow up on client leads and manage customer relationship management (CRM) activities.
Executive Assistance
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Content Writing
- Create engaging and informative content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Develop content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the company’s messaging and branding.
- Collaborate with the business development team to develop and customize proposals and presentations for potential clients and ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in executive assistance, business research, and content writing.
- Strong analytical and research skills to effectively gather, interpret, and present data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
