Responsibilities
Operations Management:

  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and streamline business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, obstacles, and risks that may impact business performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Business Strategy and Planning:

  • Assist in the development and execution of the company’s overall business strategy, including short-term and long-term goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential business risks.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop actionable business plans, financial forecasts, and budgetary guidelines.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to drive business growth and profitability.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, service providers, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in a similar role, preferably in the EdTech or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
