Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the company’s budget, financial forecasts, and P&L statements.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the delivery of top-notch HR consulting services in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance service quality.

Market Research and Trends:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging HR technologies.
  • Use market insights to develop new service offerings and improve existing ones.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (Minimum of 5+ years) in business management and consulting, with a track record of successful client engagements.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Results-oriented and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Business development and sales experience is a plus.
