Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan and business objectives.

Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of HR consultants.
- Provide leadership and guidance to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set individual and team goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to expand our client base.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality HR solutions and services.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the company’s budget, financial forecasts, and P&L statements.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the delivery of top-notch HR consulting services in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance service quality.
Market Research and Trends:
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging HR technologies.
- Use market insights to develop new service offerings and improve existing ones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
- Proven experience (Minimum of 5+ years) in business management and consulting, with a track record of successful client engagements.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Results-oriented and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Business development and sales experience is a plus.
