Job Description

  • Support the Manager, Commercial Strategy and Business Development in the development of strategies per channel and sales tools (product catalog, point of sale tools specific to each segment and channel, displays)
  • Document process flows using Business Process Mapping Notation (BPMN) technique and MS Visio
  • Participate in gathering, documenting and managing project requirements
  • Follow documention requirements in accordance with the Project Life Cycle
  • Work with Project Managers to communicate and obtain approval on requirements
  • Facilitate in Agile-Scrum user story and acceptance criteria writing
  • Participate in testing delivery of requirements while working with Project Managers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
  • Document current and future process flows using Business Process Mapping Notation (BPMN)
  • Provide support to the business and Value Streams with research, prototype creation, writing stories, and acceptance criteria
