Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships in the Oil and Gas sector.

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand our client base and promote our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations to effectively advise clients on market trends and opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Sound knowledge of marine and procurement processes and practices in the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
