- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand our client base and promote our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and develop customized solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations to effectively advise clients on market trends and opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Sound knowledge of marine and procurement processes and practices in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
