Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s customer base and maximize revenue opportunities within the travel industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, travel agencies, corporate partners, and other stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and sales leads.
  • Develop innovative strategies to attract new clients and expand the company’s market presence.

  • Build a strong network of industry contacts and participate in networking activities to promote the company’s brand and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and develop actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for travel and a drive to succeed in a competitive industry.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
