- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, experience with real estate investment, development, or property management.

Job Responsibilities:
