Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. The successful candidate will also be expected to work with the platform Manager to promote our platform to Nigerians in the UK and the whole UK property market. The candidate will have a strong background in business development, and a proven track record of success in a similar role. 


  • Plan and organize Industry events that will boost visibility, credibility and expand network.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including new markets and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement business pitches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing and business development strategies.
  • Have adequate knowledge and experience of international payment system.
  • Develop and manage business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Identify and mitigate business risks.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Have adequate knowledge and experience of international payment system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to achieve business goals.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
